Basil Pesto Recipe

4 cups of basil semi-packed
1/2 cup walnuts
2-3 garlic cloves
1 jalepena pepper
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese

Note: If freezing the pesto, do not add grated cheese before freezing.
Add the cheese after thawing for use.
